Cancelling an Appointment

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call to notify the physician's reception desk at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled visit. Please give the name of your physician, date and time of your appointment. You may also reschedule your appointment at that time.

Appointments made in the Rehabilitation Medicine, Psychiatry, and Psychology Departments must be canceled 24 hours in advance or payment will be required.
