In addition to our physician offices, you and your family have access to facilities that offer Extended Hours Care, Surgicare, Advanced Diagnostic Imaging, and an on-site laboratory, all of which are staffed by skilled and experienced professionals.

A full service pharmacy, located in the main lobby of our Chicago Heights facility, can fill your prescriptions while you wait, and our dedicated pharmacists are available to answer all your prescription questions. Working individually and as a team, our healthcare professionals are committed to your good health.

As a member of the Franciscan Alliance, WellGroup HealthPartners has its roots in the coming together of the Chicago Heights Clinic, the Suburban Medical Group, and Pediatrics Associates almost 40 years ago.  New physicians, staff and services have been steadily added since the original incorporation of the WellGroup entity so that now, we are able to offer you all the care you’ll need without leaving the south suburban area.
